Deployment Strategist

Join our team as a Deployment Strategist, where you will lead and project manage our largest and most complex customer deployments. You will be the primary point of contact for select accounts, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver successful, timely, and high-impact integration projects. Your role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value, while also surfacing insights to improve our products and processes.

• Lead and project manage large-scale customer deployments, ensuring successful go-live and beyond.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility and impact
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset
• Experience working with technical products and collaborating closely with engineering teams
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, management consulting, engagement management, or a related field in technical SaaS environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
