About The Role

Join Merge as a Solutions Architect, where you'll lead technical activities with current customers, prioritize feature requests, and strategize on our product roadmap. You'll be the key technical contact for customers and partners, ensuring a seamless developer experience. This role offers unlimited PTO, healthcare, parental leave, and a 401k.

Lead implementation projects and workshops for customers integrating with Merge.
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to prioritize customer feature requests and improve products.
Act as the key technical contact for customers, ensuring a seamless developer experience and onboarding process.
Prior startup experience is a plus
Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and great attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
4+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or software engineering
Computer science background or other technical/quantitative orientation
