Senior Field Marketing & Strategy Manager (EMEA)

Join Dailymotion Advertising as a Senior Field Marketing & Strategy Manager for the EMEA region. In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and commercialization for two priority markets. You will work closely with various teams, including Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, and the Global Events team, to ensure the success of regional initiatives. The position requires excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills, as well as a strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and commercialization.

• Lead the marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and commercialization for priority markets in EMEA.
• Develop regional marketing plans that drive awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
• Translate global initiatives into locally relevant programs and ensure EMEA have the right messaging, thought leadership, commercial materials, and marketing strategies to succeed.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills
• English required. French is a strong advantage
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a global organization
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy within media, adtech, SaaS, or digital advertising
• Experience partnering closely with Sales on commercial growth initiatives
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and sales enablement
