Senior iOS Engineer (Social Apps)

Join Dailymotion, a leading video-sharing platform, as a Senior iOS Engineer. You'll be part of a startup-minded squad focused on building the next big social app. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain scalable iOS features, drive features end-to-end, collaborate closely with various teams, and continuously innovate on our iOS tech stack. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of iOS development experience, a product mindset, and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.

• Conception, implementation, and maintenance of scalable iOS features in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive features end-to-end, from technical design to deployment.
• Ownership of app performance and stability, proactively resolving issues and continuously optimizing the experience.
• Data-driven approach: you make decisions based on metrics and analytics
• 5+ years of IOS development with strong mastery of modern architectures and engineering best practices
• Pragmatic and results-oriented: you know how to find smart shortcuts to maximize business impact without sacrificing quality
• Product mindset: genuine passion for crafting exceptional user experiences (smooth animations, polished interfaces)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) / French is a plus
• Proven track record building high-traffic B2C apps (ideally social, media, or entertainment)
• Experience integrating AI/ML features into mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of modern frameworks: Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Rapid iteration culture and continuous shipping mindset
• Contributions to open-source projects or tech leadership in IOS communities
• Interest in social app trends and understanding of user behaviors
