• Strategically tackle high-leverage business problems and ensure the company delivers on organizational objectives.
• Leverage data-driven insights and business intelligence to empower senior leadership in making high-stakes decisions.
• Identify and integrate AI and automated workflows into core business processes to drive exponential gains in efficiency.
• AI Competency: You are a power user of AI and automation tools, leveraging them to solve problems and optimize your own output
• Creativity and Innovation: Challenge the status quo and think outside of the box to solve problems and break barriers in ways that have never been done before
• Communication and Mobilizing Teams: Master communicators who provide clarity and confidence to energize teams and deliver unparalleled results
• 1 - 2 years of operating experience at hypergrowth start-up
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• 5 - 7 years experience, with experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy required; top tier consulting firm experience strongly preferred
• Critical Thinking and Analytical Rigor: Ability to deconstruct the most complex, messy problems into manageable pieces and generate actionable insights
• BA or BS degree, MBA a plus
• Grit and Resilience: Maintain strength, command, and optimism in the face of competing priorities and people challenges to get the job done
