Senior Product Manager (Member Growth)

Join Spring Health, a mental healthcare company dedicated to eliminating barriers to mental health access. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead our acquisition and activation strategy, focusing on care continuity for higher-acuity members. You will work at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution, shaping how we scale our program impact through data-driven iteration, experimentation, and system-level thinking.

• Contribuer à la mission d'éliminer chaque barrière à l'accès aux soins de santé mentale pour les membres.
• Définir et posséder les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) de croissance pour l'acquisition et l'activation, en veillant à ce que les métriques reflètent à la fois les résultats commerciaux et l'intention clinique.
• Identifier, prioriser et tester les leviers de croissance tout au long du parcours du membre, en mettant l'accent sur l'acquisition et l'activation des membres ayant des besoins plus élevés.
• Expert-level experimentation skills, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-channel customer marketing platforms and A/B testing tools
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, with a track record of driving user growth
• Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Hypergrowth start-up experience
• Healthcare / health tech or benefits tech experience
• Fluency with Looker, Mixpanel, Iterable, and/or Eppo
