About The Role

Join Maven, a leading digital health company, as a Revenue Operations Manager (Payments & Reconciliation). In this role, you will lead the end-to-end financial operations and reconciliation framework for client-funded benefit programs. You will oversee the movement of benefit funds, manage client invoicing, monitor clinic and provider payments, and drive continuous process improvements. You will also partner with Finance during the month-end close process and act as the financial subject matter expert for Client Success.   • Lead the end-to-end financial operations and reconciliation framework for client-funded benefit programs, ensuring transaction accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Oversee the movement of benefit funds through Maven's payments infrastructure, managing client invoicing and the reconciliation of complex claims bank account transactions.
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the benefit funding function, partnering with Finance during the month-end close process.
  • Proficiency in Asana, Jira, and Looker to manage financial workflows, track technical tasks, and report on program health
  • Demonstrated readiness to lead a team, with experience mentoring junior staff, managing cross-functional workstreams, or standing in for a manager
  • 6+ years in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or payment operations, with direct experience in benefit funding, claims banking, or healthcare payment operations strongly preferred
  • A proven track record of "creating order from chaos" by building sophisticated financial processes in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience partnering with Product/Engineering to resolve bugs and build automated financial fail-safes
  • Extensive experience in account reconciliation and using AI (e.g. Claude) and data tools (e.g., Looker) to identify financial patterns and drive business decisions
