Senior Staff Product Manager (Fertility & Family Building)

Join Maven, the leading fertility and family building platform. As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product experience, from member journey to clinical outcomes and commercial performance. This is a greenfield role where you will define the product surface, build the roadmap, and drive execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Director of Clinical Product.

• Deep clinical empathy — you understand the emotional and medical stakes of fertility journeys and it shows in your product decisions
• Cross-functional fluency — you are as comfortable in a clinical review as a data deep-dive or an engineering sprint
• 7+ years in product, with meaningful time in health-tech (preferably fertility space) or a high-stakes consumer domain
• Founder mentality: you own the outcome, not just the workstream. You push through ambiguity without waiting for permission
• Strong data instincts — you can wrangle complex member datasets, define the right metrics, and communicate findings credibly across clinical and commercial audiences
• Direct experience building with LLMs and agentic systems — you have shipped production AI features, not just prototyped them
• 0-to-1 track record with measurable member or patient impact
• For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend quarterly Work Together Days within these cities
