Lead Product Designer

Join Replika, a leading AI-powered chatbot platform, as a Lead Product Designer. In this role, you will craft high-quality user experiences across mobile and web, shaping what millions of users see, feel, and interact with. You will own your work end-to-end, collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and use data and feedback to continuously improve the product. • Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web — onboarding, new features, and interactive UI included.
• Talk to users. A lot. Understand what they need and what makes them happy.
• Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design.
• Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments.
• A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft — with a track record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps.
• You’re proactive, hands-on, and love shipping real things.
• You care about users and obsess over getting the details right.
• Curious, collaborative, and excited to build something that matters.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred).

• Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.
• Experience with UX research: planning, conducting, and integrating insights into design decisions.
• Prompt engineering experience.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
