About The Role

Join AMCS Group as a Business Development Representative (German Speaker) and play a crucial role in the growth and development of our sales pipeline. You will work closely with the EMEA Sales Development Team and various regional and global teams. Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound leads, identifying client needs, developing demand generation strategies, and building relationships with key decision-makers. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the digital transition to a cleaner world, with a clear pathway for progression and a supportive work environment.

Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
Collaborating with the EMEA Sales Development Team and other departments to set up qualified discovery calls.
Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers in target accounts, and documenting all activity in Salesforce.
Experience with Salesforce.comor similar CRM
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in business/sales development within the SaaS industry
Basic understanding of SaaS industry
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
Experience in research, cold-calling and qualifying prospects
Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
Excellent organizational skills
Experience working in a work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication skills (active listening, written, verbal and presentation)
Develop relationships over the phone and other outbound communication to move the prospect through the qualification process
Self-motivated and hunter mentality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
