Strategy & Operations Associate (Driver Quality)

Join Curri, a fast-growing logistics startup, as a Strategy & Operations Associate focused on Driver Quality. In this role, you will be responsible for executing programs that ensure Curri's driver network remains the most reliable in the market. You will manage the external BPO team, run core driver quality programs, and partner with the Growth team to resolve supply quality issues. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management, strong problem-solving skills, and a data-first approach.

• Own the execution of programs that maintain and improve Curri's driver network reliability.
• Manage the external BPO team day-to-day, building and maintaining SOPs, leading training, and ensuring quality.
• Track metrics across driver quality programs, using data to make recommendations and drive improvements.
• Strong ownership mentality, able to work through ambiguity and drive a solution to completion even when the right answer isn't obvious upfront
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management, ideally in a fast-moving marketplace, logistics, or startup environment
• Sharp problem solver who can diagnose root causes and identify which operational levers to pull, rather than treating symptoms
• Data-first approach, using spreadsheets and SQL to organize information, track metrics, and back decisions with evidence rather than instinct
• Comfortable managing stakeholders across functions and levels, including holding partners accountable who don't report to you, and translating that into clear, well-structured SOPs
• Startup experience
• Strong SQL skills beyond basic querying
• Experience applying AI or automation tools to operational workflows
