External Business Development Manager - Real Estate Lending

Join Octopus Real Estate as a Regional Business Development Manager, where you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing introducer accounts, and providing exceptional service to brokers and clients. This remote role requires travel to London at least once a week.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the Head of Sales, and be the focal point for all brokers and clients within your region.
• Assist the internal business development team in chasing new enquiries and pipeline applications, and hold face-to-face meetings with brokers and clients.
• Manage all introducer accounts for your region, and build and maintain your own panel of property brokers.
