Join Norm Law, a leading legal technology firm, as a Commercial Contracts Associate (NDA). In this role, you will leverage AI technology to streamline the drafting, review, and execution of non-disclosure agreements. You will collaborate closely with partners, clients, and technology teams to deliver efficient, precise, and data-driven legal services. Collaborate with partners, clients, and technology teams to deliver efficient, precise, and data-driven legal services for in-house legal teams of leading asset managers.
Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline NDAs tailored to client guidelines, and work with clients to advise them on their NDA playbooks.
Integrate AI agents into workflow management, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties for any NDAs, and partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity.
Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in New York
3-6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements
Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows
Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail
