About The Role

Join Norm AI, a leading company in AI-driven compliance solutions. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work on all aspects of our code stack, focusing on product engineering and our proprietary Legal Engineering Automation Platform (LEAP). You will collaborate closely with design, client engagement, other engineering teams, and users to bring new product ideas to life. You will also work on scaling problems, improve the product, and stay on pace with emerging AI use cases.

2+ years experience writing React + TypeScript, or similar for production use
Interest or experience in working with PDFs, excel, or file-driven products
Experience writing APIs using a framework such as FastAPI or similar for production use
Bachelors or Masters in computer science or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience working with a Postgres database or similar
4+ years experience writing application-layer Python for production use
Interest or experience in working with a complex AI-driven product, (i.e. streamed outputs, dynamic agentic site navigation, etc)
Experience dealing with database scaling problems
Experience working with AWS infrastructure or similar
Experience building highly configured or abstracted UIs tied to editable schemas stored in a database
Experience working at an early-stage startup
Excited to work on product and work/iterate with customers
