About The Role

Join Norm Ai, an innovative AI-powered legal technology company, as an IT Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, operating, and securing the IT systems that support Norm Ai and its affiliated law firm, Norm Law. You will work closely with various teams, including Operations, HR, Engineering, and End Users, to ensure a secure and resilient IT environment. Your contributions will include managing day-to-day IT operations, supporting the integration of new tools, and applying a strong security mindset to IT systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and systems-level thinking skills
Strong understanding of security principles (least privilege, zero trust, endpoint hardening, patching)
Proven experience with at least several of:
Experience implementing and maintaining SSO and MDM integrations
5-10 years of experience in IT, security engineering, or systems administration
Google Workspace administration
SaaS configuration management and automation
Endpoint protection tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.)
Strong written documentation and communication skills
Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, workflows)
JAMF and MacOS system hardening
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.)
Automation or scripting experience (Python, Bash, MDM APIs, Okta Workflows)
Experience managing Slack Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar collaboration platforms
Experience with Microsoft 365, iManage, Intapp, and Litera
Exposure to vulnerability management and security telemetry tools
Security certifications (Security+, Okta Certified Professional, CISSP, etc.)
