Private Equity Associate

You will collaborate closely with partners, clients, and technology teams to deliver efficient, precise, and data-driven legal services. Your responsibilities will include document drafting and review, due diligence, deal execution, client advisory, and collaboration with tech teams. • Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and technology teams to deliver efficient, precise, and data-driven legal services.
• Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.
• Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials.
• Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• No prior AI or technical experience required
• Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail
• 4-6 years of experience in private equity transactions
• Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows
