Product Manager (Electronics)

Join our team as a Product Manager for electronics, where you will own hardware products from concept to mass production. You will manage day-to-day relationships with overseas manufacturers, drive design and component decisions, and lead cross-functional execution. • Possession of end-to-end ownership of hardware products, from concept through mass production.
• Management of day-to-day relationships with overseas manufacturers and engineering partners.
• Driving design and component decisions when tradeoffs need to be called, and translating customer needs into specifications.
• Direct experience working with contract manufacturers, ideally in China or Asia
• Strong candidates may come from Product Management, Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or hardware engineering with program ownership experience
• 3+ years owning consumer hardware products or programs end-to-end
• You get sh*t done when things are messy, ambiguous, or broken
• Comfortable making tradeoffs with incomplete data and defending the call later
• Track record of holding schedules - dates don't slip without you knowing first
• Clear written communication - your specs and vendor emails leave no ambiguity
• Engineering degree preferred but not required
