• Guide backend architecture, testing, and technical decisions across teams, ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Own and solve complex tasks within large projects, or lead small projects independently, taking ownership of stories, programming, and coordinating tasks.
• Mentor peers and support pragmatic decision-making, balancing business priorities with technical needs, and ensuring adherence to the team’s working agreements.

• We’re looking for a strong backend engineer. Experience with our tech stack is a plus, but what matters most is solid backend expertise and alignment with our ways of working
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
• Pragmatic approach to technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems
• Nice to have: experience designing systems with security and compliance by default, following best practices for regulated environments
• You’ll be working in an international environment, so daily communication will be in English
• Proficient in clean architectures, good practices and testing
