Senior Finance Business Partner

You will collaborate closely with key business units, produce accurate forecasts and reports, and act as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Act as a trusted Finance partner to leaders across key business units to provide financial insight, embed cost discipline and challenge decision-making.
• Deliver accurate, insightful and timely financial reports. Drive the monthly Finance Reporting Pack (e.g. GM analysis, OPEX analysis, headcount analysis).
• Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making and optimise business performance.
• Demonstrable experience as a Finance Business Partner in addition to experience as a Finance Analyst or working within an FP&A function
• Strong knowledge of reporting standards and management accounting techniques
• Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes
• Experience in a PE-backed or technology-driven business is highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Confident in building and delivering detailed analysis, turning complex data into clear, business-ready recommendations
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to influence at all levels
