Senior Product Manager (Runescape)

Join the team as a Senior Product Manager for RuneScape, where you'll shape the future of the game by balancing player experience with commercial success. You'll work closely with various departments to define product strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive experimentation. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of live-service games and player behavior.

• This is a highly collaborative role requiring strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and a deep understanding of live-service games and player behaviour
• Proven track record prioritising and managing a product roadmap cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Production, Marketing, and Analytics
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven grasp of player lifecycle metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, conversion, ARPDAU, LTV, churn), including experience with microtransactions or hybrid monetisation models
• Significant, demonstrable experience in Product Management within games or digital consumer products, ideally managing live-service titles with evolving roadmaps
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience turning player data into evidence-based decisions — familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing, with exposure to MMORPGs or subscription-based products a bonus
