Corporate Finance Executive

Join our team as a Corporate Finance Executive, where you will play a crucial role in supporting M&A origination across EMEA, North America, and APAC. You will be responsible for preparing and supporting the business on all capital raising projects, owning all aspects of business and financial modeling for M&A activity, and performing market research and analysis for target mapping. Additionally, you will support management with commercials on fundraising, M&A strategy, and closing acquisitions, while liaising with all parties involved in transactions and assisting with negotiations. • Support M&A Origination across EMEA, North America and APAC, and prepare the business for capital raising projects.
• Own all aspects of business & financial Modelling for M&A activity, perform market research and analysis for target mapping.
• Liaise with all parties involved in transactions, assist with negotiations, and support Management with commercials on fundraising and M&A Strategy.
• Must be a team player but able to work on own initiative
• Experience of meeting conflicting/critical deadlines
• Must be fluent in English, written and oral
