Product Owner (MDR Platforms)

Join Integrity360 as a Product Owner for our MDR platforms. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of our Online Portal, which serves as the single point of interaction for our customers to access information on all their cybersecurity services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage the development pipeline, and ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience. Your knowledge of cybersecurity technology and services will be instrumental in shaping the platform to meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Integrity360’s MDR platforms, including the Online Portal.
• Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Online Portal, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and development effort.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Experience working with DevOps teams to manage development pipelines and deliver scalable, reliable solutions
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technology, services, and solutions
• Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with customer portal design, dashboard creation, and reporting tools is a plus
• Knowledge of Git (Gitlab and GitHub)
• Experience working with Development and DevOps teams to manage development pipelines and deliver scalable, reliable solutions
