HR Generalist

Join our growing People team as an HR Generalist. In this role, you will be the primary HR contact for employees and managers, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance with employment laws. You will also administer employee benefits, create dashboards and reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology platforms. This is a hybrid position with in-office attendance at Campbell HQ three days per week.

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters, executing People Operations processes and managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain employee information across HRIS, PEO, compensation, performance management, and other People systems, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Partner with the Global People Operations Leader to evaluate and deploy AI-powered solutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology platforms.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification
• Experience supporting global mobility and international relocation programs
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office attendance at Campbell HQ three days per week
• Deep expertise in U.S. employment law, including California employment compliance requirements
• Experience working within or transitioning away from a PEO employment model
• 7–10 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
• Experience implementing AI-driven People Operations solutions
• International HR experience supporting employees in Canada, the U.K., and EMEA
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience administering benefits, compensation, immigration, onboarding, and offboarding programs
• Experience supporting U.S.-based employees in a high-growth environment
• Flexibility to occasionally participate in evening meetings with international teams
