High-Velocity Account Executive (North America)

Join Leapsome, a fast-growing HR tech company, as a High-Velocity Account Executive for North America. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for our high-velocity segment, managing a high volume of opportunities efficiently and building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will collaborate with RevOps to continuously improve the sales process and contribute to the smooth initial implementation for new customers. This position offers stock options, a yearly development budget, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to work with an international team.

• Identifying and converting opportunities into customers, managing the sales process from first contact to closed deal.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, tailoring the approach to each customer's unique context.
• Collaborating with RevOps to continuously improve the sales process, using data and feedback to boost win rates.
