Account Executive (Endpoints)

Join Druva, a leading data protection and management company, as an Account Executive focused on Endpoints and Data Security solutions. • Drive sales for Druva’s Endpoints and data protection solutions across assigned accounts in UK, EMEA and ROW.
• Engage and influence C-level executives, IT leadership, and procurement teams in diverse industry sectors.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with international channel partners, distributors, and systems integrators.
• Demonstrated success selling into enterprise and/or commercial organisations across multiple EMEA/UK/ROW markets
• Skilled at managing cross-border sales engagements and adapting to local business cultures
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex buying cycles
• Familiarity with data protection regulations, including GDPR, and their implications for technology adoption
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across diverse audiences
• Experience building strategic relationships with channel partners, distributors, and systems integrators in the region
• Proven experience in cloud, backup/recovery, cybersecurity, or infrastructure SaaS solutions
• Self-starter mentality with a high level of personal drive and accountability
• Strong track record of exceeding quota in high-growth, competitive markets
