About The Role

Join Ben, a revolutionary benefits platform that connects the entire benefits ecosystem. As a Bid Manager, you will own the bid process for enterprise deals, shaping responses and orchestrating inputs from various teams. This high-visibility role reports directly to the COO and has a direct influence on how Ben is perceived by major prospects.

Owning the bid process end-to-end, from the moment an RFP lands to the moment it's submitted.
Writing and shaping responses, orchestrating inputs from Legal, Product, Security, and Commercial teams.
Assessing where to put limited capacity and when to walk away, turning win/loss data into better bids.
