Revenue Analyst

• Gérer l'ensemble du processus de facturation, y compris les nouveaux contrats, les expansions, les renouvellements, les rétrogradations et les annulations, en veillant à l'exactitude et à la ponctualité des factures.
• Analyser les indicateurs clés de performance pour identifier les tendances, les risques et les opportunités, en fournissant des informations basées sur les données à la direction pour améliorer la rétention des revenus.
• Participer activement à l'optimisation des processus, en identifiant les points de douleur et en suggérant des améliorations prêtes pour l'automatisation.
• Working knowledge of accounting software, Salesforce and basic revenue recognition
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, processing large volumes of data accurately
• Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution abilities to handle customer billing queries effectively

• Strong analytical skills for revenue reporting and reconciliation
• Must have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a Finance department, preferably within Accounts Receivable or Credit Control
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
• Experience with system improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
• Netsuite experience
• Saas Revenue Billing experience
