Strategic Project Manager

Join LearnUpon, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a Strategic Project Manager. In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment, eliminate friction, and leverage data-driven insights to enable every team to execute with speed, precision, and efficiency. You will work on high-impact key initiatives across the business, collaborating directly with the global executive team to translate high-level vision into structured execution frameworks. You will also establish clear project structures and milestone tracking, ensure strong communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders, and continuously look for ways to enhance workflows and increase efficiency.

• Conduire des initiatives stratégiques clés à travers l'entreprise, en collaborant directement avec l'équipe exécutive mondiale pour traduire la vision en cadres d'exécution structurés.
• Établir des structures de projet claires et un suivi des jalons pour garantir que les équipes commerciales mondiales restent alignées et responsables de leurs livrables.
• Analyser les données pour identifier les tendances, établir des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et mesurer les résultats post-exécution qui ont un impact sur l'entreprise.
• Strong organizational skills and strategic vision with a proven track record of bringing order to ambiguous challenges
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and working with different teams across the business
• A keen eye for detail, and can proactively resolve issues before they become blockers
• A self-starter mentality - you take ownership, show initiative, and thrive being the go-to person
• High emotional intelligence with demonstrated success navigating complex environments
• Highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting quickly to maintain momentum in evolving situations
• Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies
• A calm, programmatic approach to execution when managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive projects through to execution
• 2-3+ years of industry experience working in project/program management, management consulting, or a corporate strategy function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Results-focused mindset - you get things done, even when the pressure is on
• Strong communications skills and a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
