Senior SEO/GEO Consultant H/F - CDI

Join Primelis, a top 3 SEO agency in France, as a Senior SEO/GEO Consultant. In this role, you will be the strategic lead for a portfolio of premium clients with an international footprint. Your responsibilities will include building bespoke SEO/GEO roadmaps, managing high-end client relationships, driving full-funnel organic performance, and mentoring junior consultants. You should have a proven track record in SEO/Organic, expert-level proficiency in SEO tools, and outstanding communication skills.

• Construire des feuilles de route SEO/GEO sur mesure couvrant les aspects techniques, le contenu, l'extérieur et la mesure de la performance.
• Gérer un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques (scale-up et entreprise, multi-marché) et diriger les revues commerciales avec des parties prenantes de niveau C.
• Conduire des stratégies à 360° sur l'ensemble des moteurs de recherche, des LLM (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) et des plateformes sociales.

### What We're Looking For
**Experience**

• Proven track record in SEO/Organic, ideally from an agency or ambitious digital player
• Demonstrated results on enterprise or complex multi-market accounts
• International exposure (US/Europe) is a strong plus

**Hard Skills**

• Expert-level proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Strong grasp of search algorithms, technical SEO, and GEO/AI challenges
• Ability to build and defend off-site strategies (Digital PR, link building)
• Fluent English is a must — you'll be regularly interfacing with English-speaking clients
