Product Marketing Director

Join our team as a Product Marketing Director, where you will lead and scale our product marketing function. You will own the platform and product-level value propositions, define messaging strategies, and partner closely with the product management team to execute our product launch calendar and go-to-market plans. You will also manage and coach a high-performing team of product marketers and report on key performance metrics.

• Développer des propositions de valeur et des messages clairs pour la plateforme et les produits, en assurant la cohérence du storytelling à travers tous les points de contact avec les clients.
• Posséder la stratégie de mise sur le marché pour les nouveaux lancements de produits et les mises à jour majeures, en gérant la coordination interfonctionnelle nécessaire au succès.
• Proven success leading and scaling high-performing product marketing teams in fast-paced growth environments
• Comfortable operating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align market strategy with execution
• 10+ years of PMM experience in enterprise software, preferably in AI, AI natives, Digital Natives or Cloud
• Strong ability to translate complex technical features into business-oriented messaging for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience building GTM strategies, launching new products, and achieving measurable awareness, adoption or pipeline growth​
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
• 5+ years as a team leader in the PMM function
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MBA preferred
