Join ZE Energy, a leading company in the renewable energy sector. As a Project Procurement Officer, you will manage procurement activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects in France, Italy, and Germany. You will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier prequalification, tendering and procurement execution, negotiation and contracting, and project and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in engineering or procurement, a minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement within utility-scale energy or renewable projects, and fluency in English.

• Conduire des activités de sourcing stratégique et de veille de marché pour les projets d'énergie renouvelable.
• Diriger les processus de préqualification des fournisseurs, y compris la diligence raisonnable technique et financière.
• Gérer l'ensemble du processus d'appel d'offres, y compris la préparation et le lancement des RFIs/RFQs.
• Education & Experience

• \- Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Procurement, or related field
• \- Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement within utility-scale energy or renewable projects
• \- Proven experience in at least one of the following markets: France, Italy, Germany
• \- Demonstrated experience managing EPC and/or BOP procurement processes
• \- Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management
• \- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German or Italian is a plus

• Additional Information : Position based in Paris (HQ) with frequent travel across Europe (France, Italy, Germany).
