SPM Project Manager

Join our team as an SPM Project Manager based in Milan, where you will be responsible for defining, structuring, and coordinating the contractual relationship between each Project Company and third parties. You will ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, on quality, and on budget. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing project agreements, finance agreements, implementation/social agreements, EPC and O&M agreements, and managing risk and financial management of the SPV. You should have 5+ years of relevant work experience, a degree in Management/Engineering, and be fluent in Italian and English.

• Definire, strutturare e coordinare la relazione contrattuale tra ciascuna Società di Progetto (SPV) e le terze parti.
• Rivedere e registrare un elenco di tutte le deviazioni dalle posizioni tipiche o abituali e gestire una strategia di mitigazione.
• Sviluppare un insieme di contratti standard e, su base progetto per progetto, preparare un elenco delle deviazioni contrattuali.

***Pre-requisites:***

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the energy infrastructure/asset sector, with companies providing asset on a turnkey basis which requires an extensive project development and contract management phases
• Experience of the financial close process
• A degree in Management/ Engineering “Ingegneria Gestionale” (or equivalent qualification)
• Be fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). French is a plus

***Know-how:***

• Ability to coordinate various outsourced services to achieve a fully developed project at the lowest cost will
• Experience of the typical legal construct of project finance documentation, including ideally a knowledge of both financial and legal documentation
• Ability to analyse the underlying risk that results from a given contract
