Backend Engineer (Growth & Agents)

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités backend pour des agents de sensibilisation multicanaux et des flux de communication configurables.
• Prendre des décisions techniques au sein de votre domaine de responsabilité, de la conception à la production, en collaboration avec les équipes Produit et Design.
• Contribuer à l'architecture et à l'évolution du produit, en construisant pour des besoins de faible latence et de haute performance.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and solving problems that don’t come with a predefined solution
• Strong technical depth and the ability to dive into the details of your own work rather than speaking in generalities
• Experience with TypeScript and/or Python is a plus. Experience building AI-powered products, conversational AI, communication platforms, or SMS/compliance systems is an even bigger plus
• Around 5-8 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor. We’re looking for builders who enjoy owning technical problems rather than pursuing people management
• A strong track record of shipping production systems end-to-end, and the ability to clearly explain the technical decisions you made and what you learned
