Software Engineer (AI Document Generation)

As a Software Engineer specializing in AI Document Generation, you will work cross-functionally to design and scale systems that improve the speed, quality, and reliability of document generation. You will enhance EvenUp's AI-native document generation workflows, design and implement end-to-end AI-powered features, and establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery. This is a high-ownership role with a direct impact on real users.

• Enhance EvenUp’s AI-native document generation workflows and build systems to improve quality, reliability, and customer outcomes.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered features, integrating LLMs with existing SaaS systems and shipping production-ready solutions.
• Build and maintain systems to evaluate performance, accuracy, and reliability of core deliverables.
• Strong software development experience, with hands-on expertise in Python or languages such as Go, Java, Node.js, or C++
• Proven ability to design and ship scalable, production-grade systems, including APIs and distributed systems
• Bonus: Experience with AI, legal tech, or social impact–driven products
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments
