Senior/Staff Product Manager (AI Document Generation)

Join our team as a Senior/Staff Product Manager for AI Document Generation. In this role, you will own the product experience for one of our most critical surfaces, working closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration. You will deeply understand how legal teams work, identify friction points, and translate them into product decisions that drive meaningful workflow improvements. You will also partner with engineering and ML teams to build LLM-powered features that are reliable, accurate, and genuinely useful to practitioners. Additionally, you will define and track success metrics, collaborate with design, customer success, and go-to-market teams, and ensure smooth launches and tight feedback loops post-release.

• Clear communicator who can translate between technical complexity and user experience
• 5 -7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products, with direct working knowledge of agentics and LLMs/LMMs. This is a requirement, not a bonus
• You love complexity and you dive in the details; figuring out how to improve hundred+ page documents, used in core legal workflows (like trials), is right up your alley
