About The Role

Join our team as a Senior/Staff Product Analyst, Research. In this cross-functional role, you will build and scale our research engine, conduct mixed-methods research, and lead early-stage exploratory research. You will also create engaging research artifacts and collaborate with various teams to drive product adoption and business impact.

  • Build and scale a comprehensive research engine that informs product strategy, including managing participant recruitment and compliance.
  • Design and conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing user engagement and executing surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Design, Product, and Engineering leadership, helping to validate early concepts and shape strategy proactively.
  • This is an ideal role for an exceptionally analytical, scrappy, and business-minded researcher who thrives in a high-growth environment
  • You must be just as comfortable pulling quantitative user engagement data as you are presenting macro-level Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) opportunities to executive leadership
  • Research Ops Builder: A proven track record of handling the logistical side of research. You know how to navigate compliance, manage NDAs, facilitate participant payouts, and optimize a stack of AI and user testing tools
  • Scrappy & Strategic: You can operate in the weeds to get things done (e.g., directly pinging users on Slack to ask why they aren't using a product) while zooming out to build scalable systems and present executive-level proposals
  • Outstanding Communicator & Storyteller: You take pride in producing exceptional, easy-to-digest research artifacts that break the mold. You are comfortable utilizing videos, infographics, and other creative mediums to ensure stakeholders actually consume and use your insights
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills (Quant & Qual): You possess deep analytical chops. You are highly comfortable pulling and interpreting quantitative user engagement data as you are presenting macro-level Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) opportunities to executive leadership
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field within a fast-paced B2B tech environment, operating at a Senior/Staff level
  • Strategic Business Acumen: You understand how to speak the language of business. You can draw a direct line between user behaviors, adoption metrics, and revenue opportunities
  • Experience leveraging AI to accelerate qualitative data synthesis or operations
  • Prior experience acting as a founding researcher or establishing a Research function from the ground up
