AI Software Engineer (senior/staff level)

Join Joko, a tech company on a mission to revolutionize shopping. As an AI Software Engineer, you will own the development and continuous improvement of Joko AI, our AI shopping assistant. You will work closely with the CTO and a small team of world-class engineers, tackling challenges in agent architecture, evaluation, capabilities, data at scale, personalization, experimentation, fine-tuning, scalability, and product collaboration. This remote-friendly position is open to candidates in France and Spain.

• Architect the agentic system for Joko AI, ensuring it evolves and incorporates the latest advancements.
• Design and run robust evaluation frameworks to measure Joko AI's performance and catch regressions.
• Constantly expand the set of tools and capabilities that Joko AI can leverage, making the agent more resourceful.
