Senior Product Manager (FinCrime)

Join Monzo, a leading fintech company, as a Senior Product Manager in our Fincrime Collective. Your mission will be to build and provide world-class tech-led tools to empower our investigators and help Monzo achieve scalable and sustainable growth. You will drive efficiency gains while maintaining or improving decision quality and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will lead a cross-functional squad and collaborate closely with our Ops Collective to deliver improvements to forecasting and planning.

• Optimiser les flux de travail d'enquête sur la criminalité financière, réduire le temps de traitement tout en maintenant ou en améliorant la précision des décisions.
• Piloter l'automatisation et les solutions axées sur l'IA, en visant une automatisation à 100 % là où l'intervention humaine n'est nécessaire que dans les cas complexes.
• Améliorer les outils et construire de nouvelles solutions pour réduire les efforts manuels, augmenter l'efficacité et rationaliser les enquêtes.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally within fintech or scale up companies, working in complex, ambiguous problem spaces where the tech is changing rapidly
• A data-driven mindset, with experience using insights to drive product decisions and measure success
• Ability to make decisions balancing difficult trade offs e.g. balance speed vs. accuracy, while maintaining a seamless customer experience
• Strong understanding of automation, AI-driven tooling, and operational efficiency improvements
• Comfortable working on data-led, complex technical products - with ML engineers
• Experience working with cross functional teams, especially operational teams to deliver impactful solutions
