Product Lead (AI & Platform)

Join Binti, a mission-driven company dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in the foster care system. As the Product Lead for AI & Platform, you will own the roadmap for our AI tools and core platform, driving the strategy and execution of our product. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and module-specific squads to ensure seamless integration of AI and platform capabilities into the daily workflow of Binti users. This is a unique opportunity to define the responsible use of AI in government and social services at a national scale.

• Comfortable in technical discussions on API design, LLM orchestration, and data architecture. You have informed opinions on where AI belongs in high-stakes workflows and where it doesn't
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a heavy emphasis on B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or AI-integrated products. Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a range of audiences, from executives and agency leadership to social workers and caregiver families
• Excel at taking complex, fragmented requirements and distilling them with principled systems thinking into elegant, configurable platform components
• Passion for Binti’s mission and values and a belief that better technology leads to better outcomes for children and families
• AI-native in how you work and what you build. You already use Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0 daily and are excited to stay on the cutting edge as frontier models and applications continue to evolve
• Experience taking products from "early-stage" to "enterprise-scale," specifically within regulated or government-facing environments
