Recruiter

As a full-cycle Recruiter, you will support the recruitment process across various functions, from sourcing to closing, while ensuring an excellent experience for all candidates. You will work closely with the executive team and hiring managers, adopt Binti's recruiting approach, and contribute to a high-throughput hiring motion. • Execute the full-cycle recruiting process across all functions, from intake meetings and job descriptions to candidate onsites, offer development, and closing.
• Source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates to build a diverse pipeline using primarily outbound outreach.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to help the team measure progress, flag bottlenecks, and ensure hiring velocity stays on track.
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or similar role where you successfully learned existing processes and performed at a high level of throughput and efficiency
• You are a clear and influential communicator both verbally and in writing, able to keep candidates engaged and work collaboratively with hiring managers throughout the process
• You demonstrate excellent organization and execution skills, moving with urgency and following through on commitments and timelines. You thrive in a high-volume environment and stay organized even when juggling many open roles
• You excel at stakeholder management, partnering with hiring managers across functions and keeping candidates informed throughout the process. You know how to navigate competing priorities while keeping things moving
• You pivot with flexibility and adaptability, juggling multiple roles and shifting priorities with ease. You’re open to feedback, eager to learn Binti’s way of doing things, and excited to grow in an environment that moves fast
