Senior Product Manager (Licensing)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution of the Licensing product, working closely with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, drive key metrics, and identify opportunities for AI integration. • Own product strategy and roadmap for the Licensing product, translating the needs of various stakeholders into a clear vision and roadmap.
• Drive the metrics that matter for the Licensing product, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
• Identify opportunities for AI to transform licensing workflows, prototyping rapidly to test ideas with users and partnering with engineering to ship responsibly.
• Sharp judgment on tradeoffs: north star vs. MVP, quantitative vs. qualitative, customer-specific vs. platform, configurability vs. simplicity
• Deep experience with user research and turning those insights into actionable updates
• AI-native in how you work and what you build. You already use Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0 daily, and have informed opinions on where LLMs and agentic patterns belong (and don't) in high-stakes workflows
• Comfort wearing many hats — flexing into UX, design, prompt engineering, and project management as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a range of audiences, from executives and agency leadership to social workers and caregiver families
• A track record of scaling products meaningfully — taking something from "good and growing" to category-defining
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably at a high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS company. Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software is a plus
