Recruiting Manager (Tech/G&A)

Join our team as a Recruiting Manager (Tech/G&A) where you will lead a team of 4 recruiters across the US and Czechia. You will be responsible for the full recruiting strategy for Product, Design, Engineering, Support, Security (PDESS), and G&A functions. This role requires a global mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for finding the best talent. You will report to the Global Head of Recruiting and collaborate closely with other recruiting leaders.

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration while driving hiring velocity and pipeline health.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with globally distributed hiring teams and executives to understand their hiring needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
• Focus on operational excellence, metrics and reporting to glean insights and make improvements
• Strong moral compass and sound judgment
• Proven track record managing a Globally distributed team of strong, experienced Recruiters
• Ability to make decisions to best support the team, organization and company as a whole
• 6+ years of Recruiting experience, supporting a global technical organization
• 2+ years of Recruiting leadership experience
• Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging recruiting technologies
• Expertise in the current talent market, specifically across US and EMEA markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and easily adapt to changing priorities
