Community Developer Lead

As a Community Developer Lead, you will drive engagement in our open-source community, create educational content, and represent Orkes at various events. • Engage with the developer community to drive awareness, engagement, and usage of Orkes and Conductor products.
• Create and manage educational content, webinars, workshops, and community events to facilitate learning and adoption of the platform.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and open-source community members to gather feedback and improve Orkes.
• 2+ years of impactful experience in engagement with developers for deeply technical products in a community context
• A proactive, self-directed person who thrives in any situation and enjoys working alongside developer communities
• You’ve created technical educational content in the past such as presentations, written work, videos, demos, and workshops
• You can take something complex and make it click for developers who are seeing it for the first time
• A strong technical foundation. You’ve written code and understand how developers think, build, troubleshoot, and evaluate new technologies
• You are a highly resilient person that’s also execution-focused
• Open source community experience
• An existing audience or online presence in the developer space
• Conference talks/webinars/event hosting under your belt
• Familiarity with agentic workflow orchestration, in particular Conductor/Orkes
