About The Role

Join our agile core team as a Technical Program Manager (TPM). In this role, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering complex programs across engineering, security, compliance, and customer initiatives. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, managing competing priorities and driving projects from end to end. Your technical background will help you understand how decisions affect our highly technical customer base. This is a fully remote position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Scope and deliver complex programs spanning multiple domains including engineering, security, and compliance.
Build and maintain frameworks to plan, track, and report on multiple concurrent projects.
Drive projects through completion, including documentation, marketing, analytics, and feature delivery.
Prior software engineering experience
Experience with backend services delivery
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Proven track record in Technical Program Management
Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects from development to customer launch
Background in Cloud services
Background in Developer products
Background in software development
