Legal & Claims Manager BE (Full Remote)

Join Stoïk, Europe's leading insurtech dedicated to cyber risk. As the Legal & Claims Manager for the Belgian market, you will be responsible for drafting and maintaining cyber insurance policies, managing distribution partnerships, and handling cyber claims. This is a high-impact, autonomous role with a wide variety of responsibilities. You must have experience drafting insurance contracts, proven experience in claims management, and knowledge of Belgian insurance law. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, and fluency in French and a background in cyber insurance are nice to have.

• Draft and maintain cyber insurance policies for the Belgian market, negotiate and manage distribution partnerships.
• Handle cyber claims, produce claims reporting for risk carriers, and ensure compliance with Belgian insurance law.
• Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to adapt contracts and documentation to the Stoïk app.
