RevOps Manager (GTM & Process)

Join Stoïk, Europe's leading insurtech company specializing in cyber risk. As a RevOps Manager, you will structure sales processes, equip teams, and drive performance. You will own the operational backbone of our GTM engine across three core pillars: process discovery & design, performance & dashboards, and manager enablement. You should have 3-6 years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, or Sales Operations, with a B2B SaaS or insurtech/fintech background. Fluency in German and French is required, and English is also necessary.

• Audit existing processes across sales, customer success, and marketing; map friction points across the funnel; design and deploy CRM workflows.
• Define the core GTM KPIs; build dashboards for team leads and C-level; track pipeline, conversion, retention, NRR.
• Train managers on tools and dashboards; build operational management kits; coach on data reading and interpretation.
