Sales Development Representative - Market Launch (Spanish & French Speaking) – Lisbon (H/F)

In this role, you will be instrumental in launching and expanding our presence in the Spanish market. Your responsibilities will include prospecting Spanish garages, qualifying inbound leads, delivering impactful pitches, and managing your pipeline autonomously. • Prospect and qualify Spanish garages through outbound calls and inbound leads.
• Deliver impactful pitches and convert calls into meetings with Account Executives.
• Manage your pipeline autonomously, optimize your conversion rate, and refine your sales pitch.
• You are native in **Spanish and fluent in French and English**
• You have strong commercial drive and enjoy pushing yourself daily
• You’re comfortable on the phone and can quickly build rapport
• You are both determined and resilient: you naturally bounce back from rejection and objections

• Uncapped variable based on performance (calls, meetings booked, conversions): ~€2,000 average bonus
