About The Role

Join our team as a Stress Engineer in the Defense sector. In this role, you will perform structural analysis on metallic and non-metallic structures, prepare formal engineering documentation, and support the design process from preliminary design through critical design. You will also assess primary and secondary structures from a static strength perspective and perform fatigue and damage tolerance assessments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in FEM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Perform structural analysis using classical hand analysis methods and finite element analysis on metallic and non-metallic structures.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare formal, controlled engineering documentation, including structural analysis reports and specifications.
  • Prepare and present design review material in support of technical interchange meetings with suppliers and external/internal customers.
