About The Role
Join our fast-growing tech company as a Customer Support Officer. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them get the most out of our digital fundraising solutions. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving helpdesk tickets, configuring new customer platforms, supporting fundraising operations, coordinating with internal teams, and improving the support experience. You should be a natural communicator, tech-savvy, highly organized, and have previous experience in customer relations or support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, diagnosing and resolving helpdesk tickets, and providing dedicated support throughout their projects.
- Configure new customer platforms, from CMS settings and feature activation to integrating third-party services like payment terminals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creating clear escalation tickets for complex technical issues and following them through to resolution.
**Who are we looking for:**
- You are a natural communicator, comfortable writing and speaking with customers in both French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- You are tech-savvy and a fast learner who enjoys staying ahead of new developments.
- You have a real sense of autonomy and initiative, with a highly organized and meticulous approach to your work.
- You are a true jack-of-all-trades: curious, highly adaptable, and eager to grasp new concepts quickly.
- You have a strong aptitude for pedagogy, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to any audience.
- You are a natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment.
- You have previous experience in customer relations or support.
- **Bonus:** You have foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS and Javascript or jQuery.
