Engineering Manager (AI Platform)

• Lead and manage a team of senior engineers, providing support for their technical execution, performance, and career growth.
• Translate product and company goals into clear team roadmaps, managing the balance between structured delivery and reactive work.
• Coordinate cross-pod dependencies, resolve blockers, and track roadmap milestones to ensure timely delivery of AI features.
